These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Divyarc Wellbeing website and your participation in programmes, workshops, sessions, retreats, outings, events and other services offered by Divyarc Wellbeing (“Divyarc”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing our website, registering for an offering, making a booking or participating in one of our programmes, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or book our services.
- About Our Services
Divyarc Wellbeing offers wellbeing-oriented experiences that may include:
- Workshops
- Group sessions
- Individual wellbeing sessions
- Nature-based retreats
- Day outings
- Multi-day retreats
- Community experiences
- Educational and self-development programmes
- Other wellbeing-related offerings
The exact nature, duration, inclusions, location, pricing and requirements of each offering will be communicated on the relevant programme or booking page.
- Wellbeing Disclaimer
Divyarc’s programmes are designed to support wellbeing, reflection, connection, rest, learning and personal growth.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our services:
- Are not medical treatment
- Are not psychiatric treatment
- Are not a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care
- Do not constitute diagnosis or treatment of a medical or psychological condition
- Do not guarantee any particular physical, emotional or psychological outcome
If you have a medical, psychological or other health condition, or if you are unsure whether a particular activity is appropriate for you, you should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating.
If you require emergency medical or mental-health assistance, please contact an appropriate emergency or professional service rather than relying on Divyarc.
- Participation and Personal Responsibility
You participate in our programmes voluntarily.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information during registration
- Informing us of relevant dietary, accessibility or safety requirements
- Following reasonable instructions provided by facilitators or venue staff
- Taking reasonable care of yourself and your belongings
- Informing us if you are unable to safely participate in an activity
- Conducting yourself respectfully towards other participants, facilitators and service providers
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue participation where reasonably necessary for safety, misconduct, disruption or violation of these Terms.
- Retreats and Nature-Based Experiences
Some Divyarc experiences may take place outdoors or in natural environments and may involve activities such as walking, hiking, uneven terrain, travel, weather exposure, interaction with animals, water bodies or other ordinary outdoor risks.
Participants acknowledge that such activities may involve inherent risks.
We will take reasonable steps to plan and facilitate activities safely, but participants must exercise reasonable judgment and follow safety instructions.
Specific activities may have additional requirements or restrictions, which will be communicated before or during the programme.
- Medical, Dietary and Accessibility Information
Participants must provide accurate information that is reasonably necessary for safe participation.
This may include information regarding:
- Allergies
- Dietary restrictions
- Accessibility requirements
- Relevant medical conditions
- Medication or emergency requirements
- Other safety-related considerations
Providing such information does not mean that Divyarc assumes responsibility for managing a participant’s medical condition.
Participants remain responsible for carrying required medication, medical devices or other personal necessities unless otherwise expressly agreed.
- Bookings
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required registration information and payment, where applicable, have been successfully received and confirmation has been provided by Divyarc.
We reserve the right to decline a booking where:
- The programme is full
- Required information has not been provided
- The participant does not meet stated eligibility requirements
- Participation may reasonably create a safety concern
- Payment has not been successfully completed
- Pricing and Payments
Prices will be displayed on the relevant programme or booking page.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
Applicable taxes, payment charges or other fees will be disclosed where relevant.
Payment may be processed through third-party payment providers.
You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and to complete payment using an authorised payment method.
- Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the programme, venue, accommodation commitments and other arrangements.
The cancellation policy displayed on the specific booking page or communicated to you at the time of booking will apply to that programme.
Unless a programme-specific policy states otherwise, the following general policy applies:
Participant cancellations:
- More than 30 days before the programme: 75% refund
- 14–30 days before the programme: 50% refund
- Less than 14 days before the programme: No Refund
Any non-refundable booking or third-party charges will be disclosed before payment wherever reasonably practicable.
If you cannot attend, you may contact us to request a transfer or substitution. Approval is at our discretion and may depend on the programme and venue arrangements.
- Cancellation or Changes by Divyarc
We reserve the right to postpone, modify or cancel a programme due to circumstances including:
- Insufficient registrations
- Severe weather
- Natural events
- Venue or accommodation issues
- Travel or transportation disruptions
- Health or safety concerns
- Government restrictions
- Force majeure events
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Where Divyarc cancels a programme, we will communicate the available options, which may include rescheduling, credit or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable programme policy.
Unless required by applicable law, Divyarc will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses such as travel costs, accommodation booked independently, loss of income or other expenses arising from a programme cancellation or change.
- Accommodation and Third-Party Services
Some programmes may include accommodation, transportation, meals, activities or other services provided by independent third parties.
Where applicable, these services may be subject to the third party’s own terms and conditions.
Divyarc will make reasonable efforts to work with reputable service providers but cannot guarantee that every third-party service will be free from interruption, delay, defect or change.
- Travel
Unless explicitly included in the programme price, participants are responsible for arranging and paying for travel to and from the programme location.
Participants should allow sufficient travel time and independently verify travel requirements.
Divyarc is not responsible for missed flights, trains, buses or other transportation resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
- Code of Conduct
Divyarc aims to create spaces that are respectful, inclusive and emotionally safe.
Participants agree not to:
- Harass, threaten or intimidate others
- Engage in discriminatory behaviour
- Engage in sexual harassment or inappropriate conduct
- Disrupt sessions intentionally
- Damage property
- Attend while intoxicated where this creates a safety or disruption concern
- Record or photograph other participants without appropriate permission
- Share another participant’s personal stories or information without permission
We may ask a participant to leave an event or programme where their behaviour creates a safety concern or materially disrupts the experience.
No refund will necessarily be provided in such circumstances.
- Confidentiality and Community Privacy
Some Divyarc programmes may involve personal sharing or reflective conversations.
Participants are encouraged to respect the privacy of other participants and not share personal stories, identifying information or disclosures outside the programme without permission.
However, Divyarc cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality.
For this reason, participants should exercise discretion regarding what personal information they choose to share in group settings.
- Photography and Recording
From time to time, Divyarc may photograph or record programmes for documentation, educational or marketing purposes.
Where we intend to use identifiable participant images or recordings for promotional purposes, we will seek appropriate permission or consent.
Participants should not photograph, record or publish identifiable images, videos or personal disclosures involving other participants without their permission.
If you do not wish to appear in Divyarc promotional photography, please inform the team before the programme or at the event.
- Intellectual Property
All content on the Divyarc website, including:
- Text
- Logos
- Brand elements
- Graphics
- Photographs
- Videos
- Programme materials
- Workbooks
- Audio
- Educational content
is owned by or licensed to Divyarc Wellbeing unless otherwise stated.
You may use materials provided to you for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, commercially exploit or create derivative works from Divyarc materials without our prior written permission.
- User-Generated Content and Testimonials
If you voluntarily provide feedback, testimonials, photographs, videos or other content to Divyarc, you grant us permission to use that content for legitimate business, educational or promotional purposes only where appropriate consent has been obtained.
We will not knowingly attribute a testimonial to you using your name or identifying information in a materially misleading manner.
You may contact us if you wish to withdraw permission for future promotional use, subject to content that has already been printed, published or incorporated into materials that cannot reasonably be recalled.
- Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems
- Introduce malicious software
- Interfere with website security
- Copy website content for commercial use without permission
- Misrepresent your identity

- Every programme will meet every participant’s expectations
- A programme will produce a particular personal, emotional, professional or health outcome
- Third-party services will always be available or uninterrupted
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Divyarc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or participation in our services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
- Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, material breach of these Terms, or intentional or negligent misconduct.
This provision does not limit any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
- Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.
Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
